Diabello artichokes, available as hearts, quarters, or bottoms, offer tender texture and mild flavor. Packed in brine or oil, perfect for salads, pizzas, and antipasti

Varieties:
- Quarter Artichokes – Diameter: 3×2 cm, 3.5×2.5 cm, 4×2.5 cm.
- Hearts Artichokes – 25 to 35 pieces/kg. Bottom Artichokes – Diameter: 5×3 cm.
- Sliced Artichokes – Includes U-shape & Fittina, thickness 0.5 cm.

Processing & Quality Assurance
- Bottom Artichokes – Cleaned, blanched, and packed in government-approved liquid, pasteurized for shelf stability.
- Hearts Artichokes – Fresh-cut, firm & crunchy, with a white to yellow-green color. Quartered Artichokes – Trimmed, quartered, and blanched before packaging.
