How We Work
One Partner. From Specification to Shipment.
Every project starts with understanding what the customer actually needs.
The Process
Eight Stages, One Point of Contact
- 01
Product Requirement
The customer provides the main requirements: product, variety, cut, caliber, recipe, packaging, quantity, destination and any required certifications or analyses.
- 02
Production Planning
Goodwill evaluates the appropriate raw material, supplier and production facility. For seasonal products, production can be planned according to crop availability.
- 03
Specification & Samples
Technical specifications are agreed before production. Samples can be prepared for product approval, color, texture, flavor, caliber, packaging and laboratory testing.
- 04
Production
Production is organized according to the confirmed specification, quantity and packaging requirements.
- 05
Quality Control
Goodwill follows the product before, during and after production. Project-specific inspection requirements are incorporated into the QC process.
- 06
Packaging & Private Label
Products can be supplied in customer private label, Goodwill brands, neutral industrial packaging or bulk packaging.
- 07
Export & Logistics
We coordinate export documents, customs procedures and international shipping according to the agreed Incoterm and destination.
- 08
Repeat Supply
For recurring customers, forecasts can be used to plan raw materials, packaging and production capacity before the crop or production season.
